Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Pahl's Designer Showrooms. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your selection. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable shopping experience that encourages you to shop with us for years to come. On the occasion that you receive a product that you just don't like or that doesn't match your decor, our experienced customer service staff is just a phone call away and will guide you through our easy return policy.

Returns and Exchanges

Pahl's Designer Showrooms allows (7) days to inspect your order to ensure items arrived correctly, and damage free. If you received incorrect item(s), or item(s) damaged in shipment, please call us immediately to arrange replacement items based on manufacturer policy. Please visit our Locations page for applicable phone numbers for your Pahl's Designer Showrooms location.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase within 30 days of delivery date, you may exchange or return the unused, unopened item in its original packaging and original Pahl's Designer Showrooms invoice.

Returns for refund will be subject to a restocking fee, based on the manufacturer policy. Minimum restocking fee will be 25%. Final sale items may not be returned or exchanged. Items older than 30 days of delivery may not be returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds: Once the returned item has been received and verified to have all original contents, packaging and confirmed to be free of damage, the refund credit process will begin. Customers will be refunded, less the restocking and freight charges, via check or credit card refund.

Items not eligible for returns/credit include:

  • Special purchases, including: clearance items, inventory sale items, custom orders, displays, etc.
  • Any item that has been assembled, installed (including cut or clipped wires), modified or used in any way.
  • Any item that is not in resalable condition.
  • Light bulbs, parts, and shades included with the fixture.
  • Any item not purchased from Pahl's Designer Showrooms
  • Shipping & handling charges.

Eligible returns or exchange:

  • Item(s) must be in brand-new, unused, unopened, never installed condition.
  • Item(s) must be free of scratches and evidence of installation.
  • Item(s) must be packaged in original individual packaging.
  • Item(s) must include all accessories.

Defective Product

For defective products, the customer should contact Pahl's Designer Showrooms for replacement parts/item. We warranty to the manufacturers' specification only. No warranty or refunds for installation. We are not responsible for any labor costs, which occur as the result of the installation of wrong or defective parts. The original Pahl's Designer Showrooms invoice must be provided. Customer will be required to pay for replacement fixture until we have received a credit from the vendor at which time they will be refunded.

Items on Backorder

If you are cancelling an order due to backorder, we recommend you first call our store to verify the accuracy of the date before making your final decision. There are times when manufacturers have stated items as backordered, only to find that they have already shipped or are going out the next day. On the other hand, if the item is truly unavailable for an extended period, we sincerely apologize for the delay. Please note a cancellation request is time sensitive. Please do not email or leave voice messages regarding your intention as it may slow down the cancellation process. It is important that you contact a store associate directly by calling your Pahl's Designer Showrooms location.
